Welcome to Glora ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App").

- Skin questionnaire answers
- Photos of your face for skin profile analysis
- Face data including acne, dark circles, dryness (via AI)
- Location data (with permission)
- Device data (via Firebase)
- Login credentials (Google/Apple)
- Push notification token
2. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze and recommend skincare/makeup routines
- To personalize content and app features
- To improve performance and resolve bugs
- To send updates via email (Twilio SendGrid)
- To manage subscriptions (Apple/Google)
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted third-party services:
- Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
- xAI (for facial analysis)
- AWS S3 (for secure image storage)
- Twilio (email communication)
- Google/Apple (authentication and payments)
- Legal authorities, if required
4. Facial Images and Skin Analysis Data
When you use Glora’s skin analysis feature, we may collect photos of your face that you voluntarily upload for analysis. These images are processed to identify skin conditions such as acne, dark circles, dryness, and skin tone.
- How We Use the Data: Images are shared with our AI partner (xAI) to generate skin-related insights and recommendations.
- Where We Store It: Photos are securely stored in encrypted AWS S3 storage.
- Who We Share With: Only our processing partner (xAI). No face data is ever sold or used for advertising.
- Retention: Facial images are deleted from our storage after 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
- Your Rights: You can opt out of this feature or request data removal by contacting ovi@hashnaut.com.
5. Data Security
We implement encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your scans or account data via in-app settings or by emailing ovi@hashnaut.com. We respond within 7 business days.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Please contact us if you suspect such collection.
8. Changes
We will notify you of significant changes via the app or your registered email.
